This globally unique all-cobalt-alloy HSS steel safety blade has four hardness zones each with the optimum properties: extreme tooth hard-ness (65 HCR), soft tooth bed to prevent the teeth from breaking off and a blade body which is extremely elastic and stable. The special set of each tooth prevents clamping in the work piece.
